Usage Instructions for ESKONKE Thread Locker
- Preparation:

- Curing Mechanism:
The product requires air exposure to cure. Note that the bottle contains only 4/9 liquid volume to prevent premature curing.
- Application Limits:
1. Not recommended for bolts =M32, as excessive thread clearance may reduce curing speed and bond strength.
2. Compatible with common metals: carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, copper, aluminum alloy, and titanium alloy.
3. Incompatible with non-metallic materials: stone, plastic, rubber, wood, paper, glass, ceramic, cement, and fiber.
- Environmental Restrictions:
Avoid use in pure oxygen, oxygen-rich, pure chlorine, or chlorine-rich environments. Not suitable for sealing hydroxide materials.
- Storage & Handling:
1. Do not pour unused adhesive back into the bottle to prevent contamination.
2. Cures without smoke; seal tightly after use to preserve active ingredients.
3. Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and high heat.
