Apply a thin, even layer of contact adhesive to both surfaces. 3. Wait about 5 to 10 minutes until the adhesive becomes tacky. 4. Press both surfaces firmly together for about 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Allow about 24 hours of curing time for best results.
