Kit Overview
• It can Direct replacement for SKYTECH fireplace , Ambient fireplace ,Majestic Fireplaces , Monessen Fireplaces, Vermont Castings Fireplaces and Stoves
• This basic on/off remote control system provides a safe, reliable, and user- friendly remote control for millivolt valve gas appliances.
• The system can be manually turned on and off with the transmitter.
• Includes remote, receiver, wall plate, screws and wiring to connect receiver to valve.
Attention: This does not work with Latching Solenoid gas valve systems please read your fireplace directions for correct application before purchase.
Receiver Overview
• Receiver connects to any standard millivolt gas valve system
• Easy access to the receiver's battery compartment uses a sliding battery cover
• Pre-programmed for quick Installation simply connect the two terminals to the TH and TH/TP terminals of the millivolt valve, install the batteries . After the connection is successful, the receiver will beep and thats it ready to use
• The Receiver Have a Learn Button
Remote Overview
• This remote control system is designed for use with a millivolt or 24V gas valve system
• This wireless on/off/ remote control system provides a safe, reliable, and user friendly remote control for millivolt valve gas appliances
• Remote have Dip Switches to set your own security code
Important Information
• Do not use this remote-control system on applications with voltages above 24 Volts AC/DC and 1 amp current.
• The remote receiver should be kept away from temperatures exceeding 130º F
• Always check the appliance home owner’s manual for additional information, or warnings regarding accessory installation before connecting this remote control system
• Do not short (or jumper) across the gas valve terminals to test the remote control installation.
LEARNING TRANSMITTER TO RECEIVER
The Remote privacy (DIP) Switches are preset at the factory. Setting the 4 DIP Switches on transmitter to select a security code.
LEARNING :
1- Put the receiver slide switch to “REMOTE” location. Using a small screwdriver or paper clip press and hold the ‘LEARN ‘button on the receiver until hearing a 3 “beep” sounds
2-After the receiver emits 3 “beep” sounds. Press the transmitter “ON “or “OFF” button and release at once. The receiver will emit several beeps indicating that the transmitter’s code has been accepted into the receiver.
Note: If matching failed from the the first attempt please repeat step 1-2
