What if I lose the stylus from my LCD writing tablet?

Is it safe for young children to use the LCD writing pad?
We recommend that children over the age of 3 use the writing pad. There are button batteries built into the product, so please do not allow young children to touch the batteries without adult supervision ( although we fix it with a screw).
What if my new LCD writing tablet for kids has scratches?
It's brand-new, shipped to 's warehouse. During the delivery process, spots or scratches may appear due to the sensitivity of the LCD screen. Please unlock the hold button, then press the clear button to erase the entire screen.
What should I do if I can't erase my writing tablet?
(1) Check if the hold button is on, please let it be off when you want to erase.
(2) Replace the built-in button battery and try again.
Can I erase only part of the writing screen?
You cannot. When the erase button is pressed and the hold button is off, the entire writing surface is erased.
