Make sure keyboard and mouse connect to keyboard and mouse interface port, If Not work, please try on connect to HUB1/2 USB Port
Make sure kvm cable A connect to KVM switch's M-PC interface port (Not S-PC Port ), so keyboard, mouse, USB devices will work correctly.

It maybe not work well with multimedia & mechanical wired or wireless keyboard and mouse
