Please check its license condition when it arrives: press "Win+R" keys-input "slmgr.vbs -xpr" to run(note the space between vbs and -xpr).

3. There are 2 types of DP cables available: "Active" and "Passive". The DP port of the computer works with "Active" type DP cable, if yours is "Passive", it can't display.
