How to use the sharpener ?
Simply plug the sharpener into a standard 120V 60Hz wall outlet.
How do I know when the pencil is sharpened ?
Product has an auto-stop function. Apply light pressure to guide the pencil, and when it stops, it means it has been sharpened.
What kind of pencils can be used ?
Works with 6-12mm colored pencils, charcoal, and graphite pencils. Not for colored crayons.
Why not for colored crayons ?
Crayons are too soft, causing the shavings to stick to the blade, which can prevent the product from working properly.
Can the blade be replaced ?
The blade is not replaceable, but we use a sharper and more durable zinc alloy blade, which means our sharpener lasts longer.
