Shuttle Art Dry Erase Markers are manufactured for use on white board surfaces. They are not appropriate for use on blackboards or chalkboards.
What is the sizing information for this ultra fine nib marker?
Shuttle Art ultra fine tip dry erase marker is made of 0.7mm acrylic hard tip and is perfect for writing in small spaces such as calendars planners and laminated sheets.
What is the best way to store these markers?
To prevent ink leakage, we suggest you to place the marker horizontally with the cap on when not in use.
What to do if I received markers that are light in color or seems dried out?
The ink will keep on the side when the marker is stored horizontally for a long time. You could try to store them upside down for a while to write vibrant lines.
What should I do if the marker still doesn't work after inverting the nib downwards?
In extreme cases where inverting the nib downwards still prevents writing, you can try dipping the nib in water for 3-5 seconds to resume normal writing.
