Can these markers be used on a chalkboard or blackboard?
Shuttle Art Dry Erase Markers are manufactured for use on white board surfaces. They are not appropriate for use on blackboards or chalkboards.
Are these markers no-toxic?
Shuttle Art Dry Erase Markers are non-toxic and formulated with odorless premium ink that is safe for use by people of all ages.
What is the best way to store these markers?
To prevent ink leakage, we suggest you to place the marker horizontally with the cap on when not in use.
What to do if I received markers that are light in color or seems dried out?
The ink will keep on the side when the marker is stored horizontally for a long time. You could try to store them upside down for a while to write vibrant lines.
What should I do if the marker still doesn't work after inverting the nib downwards?
In extreme cases where inverting the nib downwards still prevents writing, you can try dipping the nib in water for 3-5 seconds to resume normal writing.
