- Easy to UseThese outlining markers are incredibly easy to use. Step 1: Uncap the pen and press the tip to expel any air. Step 2: Put the cap back on and shake the marker up and down to mix the ink thoroughly. Step 3: Press the tip of the marker against the paper for a moment until the ink flows to the tip. Keep the cap on after use to prevent the ink from evaporating. Outlining works best on thicker paper (80g or heavier) and light-colored paper.
