An external power supply connection is available if the batteries are depleted while locked out. **ANTI-THEFT SMART ALARM SYSTEM** If an incorrect password is entered 3 times in a row, the system automatically locks for 20 seconds and the alarm sounds for 20 seconds. After another 3 consecutive incorrect entries, the system locks for 5 minutes and the alarm sounds for 5 minutes. To deactivate the alarm, open the safe with the emergency key and remove a battery. (Note: 4 AA alkaline batteries are not included). Inputting "11#" will cause the buzzer to emit a long tone, indicating all sounds have been successfully enabled or disabled.
