Multi-Functional Laminating: The V350 laminating machine supports cold laminating, single-sided hot laminating and double-sided hot laminating. Single-sided laminating effectively prevents curling, while double-sided laminating is smooth and bubble-free. The rubber roller is internally heated for fast heating and even heat distribution, with a working efficiency of up to 43.3 in/min.
Highly Adjustable: Both film tension and rubber roller pressure can be adjusted on the laminating machine. You can adjust these settings according to the thickness of the laminating object to avoid skewing, curling, and wrinkling of the image. The maximum width of the film for the laminating machine is 350 mm ( 13.7 in). The thickness of the material to be laminated is within 0.8 mm ( 0.031 inches); the material must not exceed this thickness.
Intelligent Temperature Control: The 350mm laminating machine is equipped with an intelligent control panel and real-time temperature display screen, with a precision of ±3 and automatic temperature control protection. It also has a one-time memory function, which automatically retains the previous temperature settings after restarting, allowing it to be used immediately after powering on. When hot laminating, set the temperature to 100-120°C to laminate thinner paper and common materials.
Quiet Technology & Safety Protection: This V350 350mm hot cold roll laminator adopts quiet technology, producing extremely low noise during operation. It is equipped with multiple safety protection mechanisms. When abnormal heating elements, sensor failures, or excessive temperatures are detected, the system will automatically cut off the power supply, enter a protective state, sound an alarm, and display the fault category to ensure personnel safety and equipment life
