Important Tips: Locate the battery compartment on the right side of the light panel, hold the handle, push it straight in, then flip the switch to turn it on. Important Upgrade: We have fixed an issue where letters easily fell off from both sides. Holes and transparent plugs were designed on the acrylic card strips at the edges of the letter cards to secure them in place, successfully resolving the issue.
Important Upgrade: If the controller fails to adjust speed and brightness, the lock button may have been accidentally pressed. Press and hold the lock button for 3-5 seconds without releasing it. The indicator light panel will then start flashing again
