Working PrincipleThe high-frequency quenched and heat-treated alloy steel character wheel imprints letters or numbers to a depth of 0.1 ~ 0.3 mm on a metal surface under external force (hand pressure or using a rubber mallet). Character WheelThis nameplate stamping tool contains one character wheel. The wheel is constructed from die steel and offers 5 times the hardness of regular steel.
Each wheel features 40 characters: the 26 uppercase letters A through Z, the digits 0 through 9, and 4 common symbols (·, ×,, ).

For instance, a No. 3 character wheel produces characters 3mm in height.
