Unlike concrete bases that will weather over time, this base is made from a premium, reinforced plastic. It prevents crumbling, cracking, and chipping caused by continued weathering, ensuring long-lasting support for your signs.
RECOMMENDED POST: Posts are not included. Designed to be used with the 60-inch Power Post, available in either black or white. Recommended for use with signs 24 inches by 24 inches or smaller (not included).
Includes a hardware kit: (2) 3/8-inch by 2-1/2-inch Zinc Hex Bolts, (2) 3/8-16 Thread Locknuts, (2) 3/8-inch Flat Washers, (1) 3/8-inch by 5-inch Zinc Hex Bolt, (1) Black Vinyl cap for the top of the post.
ENHANCED PORTABILITY: Commonly used when posts cannot be installed in the ground or signs need to be portable. Recessed wheels make this base easy to transport. Made of sturdy plastic, it ensures simplified use and quick setup when moving from one location to another, or during loading.
FILLABLE BASE: The ballast recommendation is 80 lbs. It can be filled with up to 60-80 lbs. of dry sand or 8 gallons of water with H2OLD Base Gel (not included). Do not fill with water only. It is recommended to fill only up to 80 lbs. if planning to move it after filling.
