Q1: Why is the number of sheets that can be shredded lower than the maximum number of sheets described?
A1: Please check if the paper is damp, contains plastic is too thick, if so, please let the paper dry before shredding, or remove the plastic part, or reduce shredding sheets per pass.
Q2: Overheat shutdown time? Cool-down time?
A2:This product can run continuously for 5 minutes and then cool down for 30 minutes after use. Please let the shredder cool down for at least 30 minutes, otherwise it will not work properly or affect the product life.
