Simple mixing and handling: 2-part liquid boat pour foam with a convenient 1:1 Mix Ratio to create the expanding polyurethane foam. Begins foaming after 45 seconds of mixing, with full expansion in 7 minutes. Build multiple layers by pouring the mixture in separate batches to form strong bonds between layers. 94% Rigid Closed-Cell Foam: Once the foam has cured, it helps prevent moisture absorption and remains unaffected by solvents, oil, or gas. The cured foam can be cut to any desired shape or coated with polyester, epoxy, vinyl ester resin, and fiberglass. High-Quality Polyurethane Foam: This waterproof foam sealant provides a buoyancy of approximately 300 pounds per gallon foot and has a density of 4.0 lbs/ft3.
