For Soft-start , rated at 80% or less: a 150W light with a max peak of 14.7A (150W / 80% =187.5W) choose a Switching power supply 187.5W or more
For Hard-start , rated at 50% or less: a 150W heater with a max peak of 31.2A (150W / 50% =300W), choose a Switching power supply 300W or more
