1. When you use ARC/eARC Function, please make sure that the spdif port light is red on, that's means the converter get signal. And the TV need support ARC/eARC Function.
2. When you open the ARC/eARC, then the TV remote will can't control the volume, you can only adjust the volume on your speaker/sounder/home theater.
