Tips and Troubleshooting
1.if you item not work well, like a blue screen and so no, For the converter to function properly, all cables must be connected and in use (yellow: video, white: left audio, and red: right audio). and Pls set your TV to HDMI mode and NTSC model for US tv or replace the RCA cable or HDMI cable have a try. and this converter only support 1080P@60HZ, if you set to 4K resolution ,pls adjust the resolution from 4K to 1080p to make it work.
and if all those steps can't make this right, we can send you a new one to try.

3.This item is NOT a bidirectional converter. It only transmits the signal from AV to HDMI TV/Monitor.
