3M Stamark Pavement Marking Tape is a durable, non-skid, retroreflective alternative to paint for marking stop bars, crosswalks, symbols, legends, lane lines, parking spaces, and bike lanes on roadways and parking lots.

It features a skid-resistant polyurethane film reinforced with built-in netting and a pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive. High-visibility glass beads in the topcoat boost daytime color and nighttime reflectivity for clear, long-lasting markings.

This is the non-linered "A" series, so the adhesive is pre-applied for application by hand. Pavement can be opened to traffic right after installation. Pigments conform to standard highway colors for use on asphalt, concrete, and pavement. Available in white or yellow.

    • Retroreflective glass-bead topcoat for day and night visibility
    • Built-in reinforced netting for heavy-duty durability
    • Pre-applied pressure-sensitive adhesive, non-linered
    • Open to traffic immediately after application
    • For asphalt, concrete, and pavement surfaces
Country of Origin: United States.Application Instructions

    1. Confirm that air and surface temperatures are at least 40°F (4°C) and rising, with an overnight low at or above 40°F (4°C) the night before application.
    2. Clean the pavement with a broom and/or high-pressure air blower to remove dirt, dust, and loose aggregate. Do not apply to a sealed surface until the sealing emulsion has cured and loose aggregate is removed.
    3. If required, apply 3M surface preparation adhesive such as P-50 or SPA60. Use a 3M Adhesive Spray Applicator PS-14 for long-line work, or a solvent-resistant 3/8 inch nap paint roller for transverse markings.
    4. Position the tape on the marked area and press it into place by hand.
    5. Roll the full length of the tape with a hand roller or tamper cart to seat the adhesive and remove trapped air.
    6. Open the marked pavement to traffic immediately.
