tesa 51608 PET Fleece Wire Harness Tape bundles and protects automotive wiring in the passenger compartment. The soft PET fleece backing dampens noise and resists abrasion, helping stop the rattles and buzzes caused by loose wires behind dashboards, doors, and trim panels.

The rubber-based adhesive is made for manual application. The tape is hand-tearable, unwinds smoothly, and conforms around bends and connectors for clean, flexible wire looms. It holds at temperatures from -40°F to 221°F.

1. Group the wires you want to bundle and hold them together along the run.
2. Start the tape at one end and press the adhesive firmly onto the wires.
3. Wrap the tape around the bundle at an angle, overlapping each pass by about half the tape width.
4. Keep light tension so the fleece conforms snugly around bends and connectors.
5. Tear the tape by hand at the end of the run and press the tail down firmly.
