FindTape Gate Arm Reflective Tape is a hi-viz, glass bead conspicuity tape for traffic control devices such as rail gate arms, boom barriers, parking gates, and crossing arms. Red and white sections alternate every 16 inches to make barrier arms easier to see in low light, at night, and in poor weather.

Headlights strike the retroreflective surface so the barrier arm stands out from a distance, giving drivers more time to react and helping reduce accidental impacts at controlled access points.

1. Clean the gate arm surface to remove dirt, grease, dust, and loose coatings.
2. Make sure the surface is fully dry before starting.
3. Measure the arm and cut the tape to the length you need.
4. Peel back a short section of the release liner at one end.
5. Line up the tape and press the exposed end into place.
6. Slowly pull away the rest of the liner while smoothing the tape down as you go.
7. Press firmly along the full length to set the adhesive and remove air pockets.
8. Apply to both sides of the arm for full retroreflective coverage.

For best adhesion, apply in dry conditions above 50°F and allow the bond to build before exposure to heavy weather.
