It is constructed of a water-based acrylic adhesive and black and white co-extruded polyethylene film. Anti-chafe tape is used to protect sensitive areas of your boat or equipment from abrasion. This product provides excellent protection from abrasion during forming and in storage. Anti-chafe tape is a high-performance and protective form of masking tape. It is frequently placed between shrink wrap and the object being covered to prevent scratching or chafing.
