Our kinesiology tape provides flexible support without restricting movement, stays on through sweat, showers, and tough workouts, and gently lifts the skin to boost circulation and ease muscle soreness.
Why does the tape feel “not sticky enough” for some people?
Clean and dry the skin first, apply 30–60 minutes before activity, follow the stretch-arrow area, and trim heavy hair for better grip and easier removal.
The tape feels too tight or hurts when I remove it. What should I do?
Avoid placing the tape on thick hair. When removing, soak it with warm water or add a little baby oil, then peel it off slowly in the direction of the hair. It comes off much easier and feels way less painful.
What if I’m worried about skin irritation or allergies?
Our tape uses high-quality, latex-free adhesive. If you have sensitive skin, just test a small piece on your wrist for a few hours first — if there’s no reaction, you’re good to use it normally.
