Tips:
This device is just an HDMI switch not an HDMI splitter, it only supports 4 in 1 out not 1 in 4 out, which means you can select 1 of 4 HDMI sources at a time to work on a single monitor.
This product only supports HDMI 2.0 cable input and output, up to 16ft/5M. When using the HDMI Switch, make sure all devices are turned on.
When the device cannot read or cannot switch between devices, please reset the source or replace with a new HDMI cable or HDMI power adapter.
Hot swapping is not recommended.
When connecting the Fire Stick, insert the adapter first, then adjust the HDMI resolution to automatic mode.
Please adjust the output resolution of Roku to auto format, then enter OK, if you use Roku, the display turns to a red screen.
When connecting a TV or computer, make sure the device is compatible with the TV or computer. If it is not compatible, you will not be able to connect. To enjoy 4K video, make sure all your devices support 4K.
