Can I use 220v voltage to laminating documents?
No, The Lamtetur laminator is suitable for use at a voltage of 110-120V. If you need to laminated it at other voltages, please use a transformer.
What should I do if the laminator does not heat or the green light does not light up?

Use a clean paper (no laminator film required)to laminat, so the glue can be cleared

General printing paper and certificates are acceptable. Laminating film of 3mil to 5mil is supported. The thickness of the film and document is less than 5mm.

How to prevent jams?
1,Please refer to our operation guide and the user manual;
2,Insert the closed (sealed) edge first and leave a thin border. IMPORTANT: Always insert the closed edge first to avoid jam.
3,Insert the pouch from front entry.
