How many sheets can I punch at once?
You can punch up to 12 sheets of 80gsm paper, or 2 sheets of 8-mil PVC cover, in one go. We don’t recommend using cardboard covers, and be sure to empty the waste tray regularly to prevent jams
Are the uneven punching blades a defect?
No need to worry at all! This staggered blade design is totally intentional—it’s made to make punching way easier and less tiring for you.
How can I get clean holes and tight binding every time?
Align your paper neatly, avoid overloading, and press the handle quickly and fully. Use the correct comb size for your document thickness and secure it firmly on the teeth for smooth, tight binding.
Can I punch multiple plastic covers together?
For the smoothest experience, we recommend punching one 8-mil PVC cover at a time! Multiple thick covers can cause jams, so taking it slow with one cover will keep your machine running great.
What if my order arrives missing parts or damaged?
