How do I properly install the handle when using it?
Please install the handle 90 degrees perpendicular to the tray, otherwise there is no way to activate the punch function.
What should I do if the handle gets jammed after using it for a while?
Flip the machine over, use scissors to press the jammed cutter head down, then flip it back over and test it again.
What's the requirement for the number of sheets and paper thickness per punching?
10-12 sheets of printing paper(paper thickness=80g(20lb) ), 2 sheets of 230g(=85lb) cover/textured paper, 1 sheet of 5-12mil PVC cover
What happens if I exceed the sheet limit?
Pressing to punch holes can jam the machine and can even cause damage, rendering it unusable.
Can you use any other binding material besides PVC or laminated cardstock?
1?5-12 mil PVC cover can be punched, please punch single sheets per time, no multiple sheets;
2?1 sheets of 230g(=85lb) cover/textured paper can be punched one time.
Notes: Punching smaller sheets at a time can prolong the life of blades.
