This upgraded mini USR-TCP232-T2 converter is a lightweight industrial TTL to Ethernet module, used to convert traditional TTL serial devices into network-connected equipment for remote data collection and monitoring.
It integrates complete TCP/IP protocol stack, equipped with DHCP dynamic IP acquisition and DNS domain name resolution, eliminating the trouble of manually setting fixed IP and supporting cross-network remote access. The 10/100Mbps adaptive RJ45 port supports auto MDI/MDIX, and both straight-through and crossover network cables are applicable.
The TTL serial port supports adjustable baud rates ranging from 600bps to 460.8Kbps, with optional parity check bits to match most serial sensors, access controllers and instrumentation. The module adopts stable transmission mechanisms such as heartbeat packets and registration packets to effectively avoid accidental offline during unattended operation.
Users can configure parameters conveniently through built-in web management page, serial AT commands or PC virtual serial port tool. With ultra-small PCB size and wide working temperature range, it is widely applied to industrial monitoring, smart home, weighing equipment, access control systems and other IoT wiring projects.
