USR-TCP232-410s Industrial Serial to Ethernet Adapter, Dual RS232 & RS485 IP Device Server, 10/100Mbps LAN Converter with DHCP & DNS Support for Industrial Automation

USR-TCP232-410s is an industrial dual-port serial Ethernet converter designed to connect legacy RS232 and RS485 field devices to TCP/IP LAN networks, realizing long-distance remote data transmission. Equipped with one RS232 DB9 port and one terminal-block RS485 port, the two serial channels run independently without mutual interference, supporting baud rates from 600bps up to 230.4Kbps and complete parity/flow control functions.

It fully supports DHCP for automatic IP assignment and DNS for domain name access, greatly simplifying network layout and remote device management. The 10/100Mbps adaptive RJ45 port features Auto-MDI/MDIX, compatible with all standard network cables. With mature industrial-grade hardware design, the device provides 2KV electromagnetic isolation, 2KV ESD lightning protection and reverse power connection protection, stable working at -40 ~ +85 for harsh factory environments.

Rich transmission modes cover TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server/Client, Modbus gateway and Websocket bidirectional transparent transmission. Users can configure parameters through embedded web interface, serial AT commands or Windows USR-VCOM virtual serial tool. It is widely applied in PLC, sensor, monitoring, access control and industrial SCADA systems to upgrade traditional serial equipment into IoT network terminals.
