USR-TCP232-410s is an industrial-grade serial-to-Ethernet converter that connects traditional RS232 and RS485 field equipment to TCP/IP LAN networks to realize long-distance bidirectional transparent data transmission. It integrates one standard DB9 RS232 port and one 3-terminal RS485 interface; both serial channels run independently and support baud rates from 600bps up to 230.4Kbps with hardware & software flow control.

The 10/100Mbps adaptive RJ45 LAN port features Auto-MDI/MDIX, compatible with Cat5/Cat6 network cables. It fully supports DHCP automatic IP acquisition and DNS domain access, eliminating tedious static IP setup for distributed industrial sites. Equipped with optimized industrial protection circuits including 2KV ESD lightning isolation and hardware watchdog, the metal shell ensures stable operation under wide temperature and voltage fluctuation conditions.

Rich working protocols cover Modbus gateway, TCP/UDP transparent transmission, HTTP client and virtual serial port. Users can adjust all parameters conveniently via embedded web interface, serial AT commands or dedicated Windows USR-VCOM tool.
