USR-N540 4-Port Industrial Serial to Ethernet Device Server, RS232/RS485/RS422 to RJ45 TCP/IP Converter with Modbus Gateway, DHCP & DNS Support for Industrial PLC Automation

The USR-N540 is an industrial 4-channel serial-to-Ethernet converter, used to convert traditional RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial signals into standard TCP/IP network signals for remote data transmission. Each of the four DB9 serial ports can be independently set to different serial modes without crosstalk, connecting multiple devices such as PLCs, sensors, energy meters and access controllers at the same time.

It supports TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP, transparent transmission and other working modes, matched with 10/100Mbps adaptive RJ45 network port compatible with Cat5 and Cat6 cables. DHCP auto IP acquisition and DNS domain resolution greatly simplify on-site network deployment without manual static IP setting.

Made of metal shell with industrial-grade protection circuit, it withstands wide temperature range of -40 to +85, reverse power connection protection and high ESD anti-surge capacity, suitable for long-term 24-hour continuous operation in harsh factory environments. The built-in hardware watchdog ensures stable operation and avoids device crash.

All parameters can be modified via built-in web management page, serial AT commands or dedicated USR-VCOM virtual serial tool on Windows computers, and remote firmware upgrade is supported for convenient post-installation maintenance.
