USR-TCP232-306 is a cost-effective industrial serial device server that converts traditional RS232, RS485 and RS422 serial signals to standard TCP/IP Ethernet communication for remote bidirectional transparent data transmission. It integrates one DB9 RS232 port and terminal-block RS485/RS422, while only one serial mode can work at a time to match PLCs, weighing sensors, energy meters and access control terminals flexibly.

Equipped with Cortex-M0 core and optimized TCP/IP protocol stack, it supports 10/100Mbps adaptive RJ45 LAN port with Auto-MDI/MDIX, compatible with Cat5/Cat6 network cables. It covers full network functions including DHCP automatic IP assignment, TCP Server/Client, UDP and HTTP Client transmission modes. Custom heartbeat and registration packets effectively prevent dead connections for unattended 24/7 operation

Adopting metal wall-mount housing, the converter works stably at -25 ~ +75, equipped with hardware watchdog and reverse power protection to resist harsh factory environments. The built-in Modbus gateway enables multi-host polling, convenient for SCADA industrial monitoring systems. Users can adjust all parameters via embedded web page, serial AT commands or dedicated USR-VCOM virtual serial tool, and remote firmware upgrade is supported for easy maintenance.
