AJMRTC PCIe To 2.5G ETH Board (C) is a dedicated highperformance 2.5gigabit Ethernet expansion adapter for Raspberry Pi 5. Powered by RTL8125B network controller, this board connects to the Pi5 native PCIe interface through a 16pin FFC flat cable, adding one RJ45 2.5GbE network port without occupying the 40pin GPIO header. It works plugandplay under official Raspberry Pi OS with builtin kernel driver, automatically identified as secondary Ethernet interface after poweron. It supports 10/100/1000/2500Mbps autonegotiation, and onboard LED lights clearly display link connection and data transmission status. Perfect for building lightweight NAS, soft router, highspeed data transmission gateway and industrial IoT network equipment. Please note that additional driver packages need to be manually installed when running Ubuntu or other nonRaspberryPiOS distributions. Proper PCIe cable connection is required to ensure stable network performance.
