AJMRTC industrialgrade isolated 2channel RS485 hub is a reliable fieldbus signal expansion device. It converts a single RS485 input channel into two independent electricallyisolated RS485 subports, allowing users to expand RS485 bus networks and connect more slave nodes without signal degradation.
Galvanic isolation blocks groundloop current and transient surge interference frequently seen on factory sites. It effectively reduces communication packet loss and hardware damage risks caused by potential difference between different field devices. This RS485 repeater covers a wide baudrate spectrum to adapt to various serial sensors, inverters, PLC and ModbusRTU devices.
Designed for cabinet installation, the unit supports standard DINrail mounting. Automatic direction control handles halfduplex RS485 data forwarding without extra configuration. Widely used in industrial data acquisition, building automation, power monitoring and onsite serial bus network reconstruction. Proper wiring of A/B signal lines and power supply is required for stable communication performance.
