| Why won’t my probe charge? | Check the probe, if the surface is dirty, clean it with a dry cloth before docking; Check the charging slot, if debris in it, remove obstructions; If probe isn’t inserted all the way, press it down firmly. |
| Why does host alarm suddenly? | Check battery power of the probe. If the battery power is low, please charge it in time. |
| Probe lose connection to host? | Check the LCD screen for both probe and host battery status, the signal might weaken if either is low on battery; Move the host closer to the probe.Signal strength might weaken if the probe is submerged in liquid or if the oven is too thick for signal transmission. |
