Established in 2018, ORYZIC started with one simple but familiar frustration: a light switch that was just too far away. That everyday problem inspired a bigger idea — to make the devices people already own smarter, easier to use, and more convenient, all without replacing what already works.

ORYZIC started with one simple frustration: a light switch that was too far away. What began as a DIY idea in a Sydney apartment grew into a smarter way to upgrade everyday devices without replacing them.

Do I need a hub or bridge?
No. This model joins your 2.4GHz Wi-Fi directly. If you already run a Zigbee hub, see our Zigbee model instead.
Will it work on 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No. It connects on 2.4GHz only. Many routers merge both bands under one name, so put your phone on the 2.4GHz network while pairing.
Can it turn on my humidifier or air purifier?
If that device runs on the Tuya platform and is added to the same Smart Life app, yes. Many products sold under other brand names run on Tuya, so the box does not have to say so. Devices built on another smart home platform are not supported.
Why has the app number not moved for hours?
The sensor reports on change thresholds and a periodic forced sync to save battery. Press the reset button once for an immediate reading, or shorten the interval in the app.
Are batteries included?
No. It takes two AAA batteries, sold separately.
