How to Ensure an Orderly and Accurate Counting Operation:
The DETECK DT5S Portable Money Counter is suitable for most of the paper currencies in the world. It can count up to 600 Bills/min which saves you a lot of time to focus on your business operation.
For an accurate count, please make sure to:
1. Place same-sized bills in an orderly manner, flat and not folded or damaged
2. Count more than once to ensure accuracy
Remember this device is not equipped with a banknote recognition function:
1. It can only count the number of banknotes.
2. It doesn't provide the total value of the count
3. It doesn't have Counterfeit Detectors
Counting Features
The "ADD" function can be used to count multiple stacks of bills without the need of a calculator. Press "Start" to count a new stack of bills and "ADD" button to add the quantity of several stack of bills to the total count.
Security Thread Detection
Every modern bill has integrated UV security features that only show up under ultraviolet light at a certain frequency. The DT5S is designed to help you verify these features and identify counterfeit bills. Press the UV/WM button to activate the ultraviolet light.
Watermark Detection
US money printed after 1996 has an imbedded watermark portrait which mirrors the portrait in the center of the bill. Press the UV/WM button twice to activate the watermark light. Hold the bill over the light to see the watermark.
