Reading smart cards and SIM cards requires specialized software they cannot be read by simply plugging the device into a computer. If you do not have professional card reading software, please do not purchase this product. Due to the unique nature of this product and the wide variety of compatible software and applications, no software is provided with the purchase.

For reading overseas ID cards (not for use in China) and health insurance cards, you will need to install the appropriate controls after logging into relevant government websites. For reading foreign bank cards (not for use in China), you will need to log into your online banking portal and install the required banking controls.

4. Some versions of Apple macOS are supported some versions have not yet been adapted.
5. Android has not been adapted. Customers with development capabilities may adapt it themselves.
