- Ergonomic Viewing Height: Premium mechanical spring monitor arm assists height adjustment from 8.5" to 19.9" (215mm to 505mm). Adjusting the monitor adapts to your posture by arm extension, vertical tilt, horizontal swivel, and landscape or portrait rotation.
