The Corning FBC-007 UniCam High-Performance Precision Flat Cleaver uses a diamond blade to produce precise, consistent flat cleaves for field installation of UniCam fiber-optic connectors. It supports single-mode and multimode fiber and includes interchangeable handlers for 900 µm tight-buffered fiber, jacketed cable, fan-out tubing, and direct 250 µm applications. The included handlers help position the fiber and establish the correct cleave length for reliable connector termination.
