If multiple breakers beep continuously during test, it may be due to crosstalk wiring in your electrical box, allowing the receiver to detect frequencies from multiple breakers.

Solution: Use manual mode (Sensitivity adjustment). Use the sensor head to detect, starting at sensitivity level 1. If multiple test results persist, increase to level 2. If failed, then try level 3, until the breaker with continuous beeping is found — this is the controller.

A: The loudest beeping one is the right controller.

Q: Why does the transmitter stay lit after turning off the breaker?

A: Your wiring may be a parallel circuit, meaning one breaker controls multiple outlets. The transmitter needs power to work; if it stays on after turning off the breaker, the circuit is parallel.

Solution: For parallel circuits, plug the transmitter into different outlets. Turn off the breaker, and verify how many outlets it controls. Label them accordingly.
