- BUILT FOR LONG LOADS: The nickel-plated T2 copper base takes heat off the IHS and hands it straight to the coolant. The base is 0.35 mm thick, so the heat path stays short.
- INSTALLATION HARDWARE IN THE BOX: Mounting hardware and thermal paste for AM5, AM4, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8 and SP3 ship with the block. Standard G1/4 ports connect to a standard loop.

The Bykski CPU-RAY-MC-M fits Ryzen 1000, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 7000, 8000 and 9000 series, Ryzen AI 400, Threadripper and EPYC processors on AM5, AM4, TR4, sTRX4, sWRX8 and SP3. Long renders and data jobs keep these chips at load for hours, and the block carries that heat into your loop.
The nickel-plated copper cold plate uses 113 fine micro-channels to pull heat into the coolant. The acrylic top shows them under 5V addressable RGB lighting.

Thermal paste goes on the CPU's integrated heat spreader - do not apply thermal pads to the IHS. Over-tightening the mounting screws can crack an acrylic top or bow the socket retention frame; tighten in a cross pattern, finger tight.
No printed instructions are included; the installation illustration is in the gallery images. The manufacturer may modify the design, so the delivered product may differ from the images. Qualified users must install it themselves. The manufacturer isn't liable for damage caused by misuse, improper installation, noncompliant operation, or incompatible hardware or fluids. Use constitutes acceptance of these risks.
