How do I choose the right type of handle?
You can choose based on your door type:
·PASSAGE: For Passage Doors
·PRIVACY: For Bathroom Doors
·ENTRY: For Interior/Entry Doors
Why doesn’t my handle come with a key?
PASSAGE and PRIVACY Handles do NOT include keys.
I installed the handle, but it doesn’t work—why?
Please check door thickness. This handle is compatible with 1-3/8" – 1-7/8" doors (up to 1-31/32" max). Thicker doors may cause functionality issues.
The handle doesn’t cover marks left by my old handle—what should I do?
Make sure your previous base plate was not larger than 2-9/16" x 2-9/16". If your old handle left marks outside this size, they may remain visible.
Are the edges of the handle sharp? Will it hurt my hand?
No worries—MENDOCK handles are designed with rounded (R-edge) corners, making them safe and comfortable to use.
