About the color

Artiwell provide seven color options to perfectly match with your bathroom sink faucet and the rest of your bathroom décor .

Artiwell have tried to offer the closest color to our actual products, but the slight color difference may exist due to different computer or phone monitors. Especial on the Polished Brass Finish ,Brushed Gold Finish and Champagne Bronze Finish.

About the drainage flow rate

At the beginning of the design for this sink drain stopper , we had thought over how to reduce the impact of the stopper for the drainage flow and made many tests, after installed our sink drain stopper, the drainage flow will be fast enough in our daily using.

If you found the drainage is slow, please take out the stopper and clear the hair of other garbages.

How to use the O-ring correctly

In order to fit most of the sink drain , except assembled a white O-ring onto the stopper, we include an extra black O-ring in this package .

Each Stopper should be only assemble one O-ring , white O-Ring or Black O-Ring

According with our tests , if your existing sink drain is a lift pop up drain , keep assembling the white O-ring , if your existing sink drain is the push pop up drain , please kindly take out the white O-ring , and assemble the black O-Ring onto the stopper ( In order to ensure the durability , it is a difficult to put the black O-ring onto the stopper , you need some patience).
