Troubleshooting Method
Stauts: If the sump pump is not running?
- Reason: 1.Power is not turned; 2. The plug is not interpolate firmly; 3. The motor cut off the power supply automatically because of imporper use.
- Solution: 1.The power is turned; 2.Plug firmly; 3.Use in the proper conditions.
Stauts: If noises appear?
- Reason: Something in the pump.
- Solution: Disassemble the pump and clean.
Stauts: If pump is running but the effluent is insufficient?
- Reason:(1)Impeller damage; (2)The depth of the water is insufficient; (3)Power supply voltage is low; (4)Connecting tube obstruction filters cover blocking;
- Solution: (1)Change the impeller; (2)Put the pump under 15cm of the water level (3)Adjust to the appropriate voltage.(4)Remove obstruction. And use with our filter pump bag, which can prevents debris, leaves, and other unwanted materials from entering the pump and causing blockages.
Cleaning Instruction
- Remove the water filter cover: You need to prepare a screwdriver and use it to pry the snap strip on the side of the pump. Then you will take out the water filter cover.
- Remove the water leaf cover: After removing the water leaf cover, you will see a rotor composed of a magnet and a plastic impeller, a stainless steel shaft core, and two black silicone bushings. Please take them out separately.
- Effective cleaning: Clean visible stains and durt. Please note: The pump rotor catch and the water outlet should be washed.
- Reinstalltion: After cleaning, please follow the original steps to install. a. Install the roto. Please note that the two black silicone bushings must be aligned with the holes. b. Install the water lobe cover and fix the location of the point. c. Install the water filter cover. d. Installation is complete.
