Why is the inside of the bottle wet?
It is normal. All bottles are tested before leaving our factory to ensure no leakage and functional.
What should I do if it can't spray?
Try removing the filter. After removing it, press and hold for about 10 seconds, then release. Keep pressing, and it should spray out.(details pls go to see the product video named "Watch this video if you can't spray it")
Why can't I get a fine mist spray?
Quick press: fine mist
Slow press: linear
For optimal perfomance during initial use, make sure to press the trigger multiple times to expel any air.
