If your paper towels are not dispensing properly or the spring mechanism is not working, please follow these steps to troubleshoot:
- Overfilled: The spring is over-compressed and cannot rebound. Solution: Remove all paper towels, then reload to no more than half capacity, ensuring the spring tray can move.
- Incorrect Spring Tray Installation: The tray is tilted or stuck, making it difficult to pull towels. Solution: Tilt the spring tray at about a 60° angle and hook one side in first.Then press the other side down until it clicks into place, making sure the tray sits level.
- Faulty Spring Mechanism: The spring does not respond even after correct installation and loading. Possible Cause: Damage or displacement during production or shipping. Solution: Replace with a new product
