How do I use the dispenser?
Insert a Souls & Senses Foaming Hand Soap Refill into the dispenser.
Press the power button to turn the dispenser on.
Place your hand beneath the sensor and hold for 2 seconds for a full foam dispense.
Recharge as needed using a USB-C cable.
Can I refill the refill bottle myself?
No. Our sealed refills are designed exclusively for the Souls & Senses dispenser to ensure consistent performance and foam quality.
What do the indicator lights mean?
White: On or fully charged
Blue: 20-second handwashing timer
Red: Low battery or sensor blocked
Sensor: Under the spout. Wipe clean if blocked
How long does one refill last?
Each 300 ml refill provides approximately 400 washes, depending on usage habits.
Do I need to turn off the dispenser?
No. It's designed to stay on between uses. Recharge as needed.
